2. SaaS Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Smart QR Order recurring subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewals will be charged.

3. Refund Eligibility for SaaS Plans

• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are a new customer and encounter technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
• Duplicate / Failed Transactions: If your payment method was charged multiple times due to a gateway or network issue, the duplicate charge will be refunded automatically or within 24–48 hours of verification.
• Billing Inquiries: In the event of an erroneous billing charge, contact us within 14 days for a prompt correction and refund.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 business hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider (via Cashfree), the refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.

5. End-Customer Food / Table Orders

For end-customers ordering via restaurant QR codes: restaurants independently manage order preparation, fulfillment, and table services. In case of issues with an individual restaurant order (e.g., incorrect item, food quality), please contact the restaurant management directly. Smart QR Order facilitates dispute resolution upon request.
